Healthy Kickoff!

Do you live in the Salt Lake area? (Or even just outside). You will want to come to Whole Foods Market in Sugarhouse between 1 and 4 pm!!

I promise it will be worth your time. (I'll be there, teaching you how to score killer deals when shopping at Whole Foods Market and health food stores at 1:30pm).
